The address indicated for Parason in the banking records is also the office address of Ilya Bykov, a Russian-American accountant whose services have included helping wealthy and famous Russians buy Manhattan real estate at prestigious addresses such as the Plaza Hotel and the Time Warner Building. Among Bykov’s Russian clients are oligarchs Alexander Lebedev and Oleg Baibakov, fashion designer Valentin Yudashkin, composer and music producer Igor Krutoy, model Irina Shaykhlislamova, artist Natalya Nesterova, and Standard Capital Group banker Yevgeny Okun.

Bykov hasn’t responded to requests for clarification.
