Synergy General Trading

Sanctioned companies

Synergy General Trading received $1,018,000 from LCM Alliance in 2013 for construction equipment.

Synergy General, owned by the Greek businessman Dimitris Cambis, is an Iranian government front company on the US sanctions list.

It is part of a network of front companies based in the United Arab Emirates that purchased eight oil tankers on behalf of the National Iranian Tanker Company (NITC) in a scheme designed to obscure Iran’s sales of oil.
